Shipping Policy
At Volya, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Since we partner with trusted suppliers to fulfill orders (dropshipping model), here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.
1. Order Processing Time
- We process and hand over orders to our shipping partners within 2-3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays in Singapore and supplier locations).
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM SGT (Singapore time) or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Processing time starts once your payment is confirmed. We aim to ship as fast as possible, but high-volume periods (e.g., sales events) may occasionally extend this slightly.
2. Delivery Time
- Standard delivery typically takes 6-10 business days from the day your order ships (not including processing time).
- Most orders arrive within this window, but actual delivery can vary depending on your location, customs processing (for international orders), carrier performance, and peak seasons.
- Singapore & nearby regions: Often on the faster end (6-8 days).
- International orders: May lean toward 8-10 days or slightly longer during busy periods or customs delays.
3. Shipping Costs
- We offer free standard shipping on all orders (or set your threshold, e.g., free over SGD 50 / USD 40 — edit as needed).
- Express/upgraded shipping is not currently available, but we're always exploring faster options to improve your experience.
4. International Shipping
- We currently ship to select countries. International shipping time may vary and could take longer than estimated 6-10 working days.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email (check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within 1-2 days of shipping).
- Track your package directly through the carrier link provided or on our website's Order Tracking page.
- If you haven't received tracking info after 5 business days from your order date, contact us at support@volyaworld.com — we're happy to check for you.
6. Important Notes for International Orders
- We ship worldwide!
- For orders outside Singapore: You (the buyer) are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, or brokerage fees imposed by your country. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are collected by the carrier or customs upon arrival.
- Delays due to customs clearance are outside our control — we appreciate your patience during these times.
- We cannot mark packages as "gifts" or declare lower values to avoid duties (this is against international shipping regulations).
7. What If There's a Delay?
- In rare cases, delivery may exceed 10 business days due to unforeseen issues (weather, carrier backlog, customs holds, etc.).
- If your order is significantly delayed (beyond 15 business days from shipping), reach out to us — we'll investigate and work with you on next steps.
8. Lost or Missing Packages
- If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received it, or if it appears lost, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll file a claim with the carrier and resolve it (replacement or refund, per our Return & Refund Policy).
